RETURNS / REFUNDS
We want you to have the best online shopping experience, and it’s really important that you love your purchase from LISA CARNEY DESIGN. If you would like to return an item, simply post it back to us (within 14 days of the shipping date) and we will exchange or issue an online credit to continue shopping!!
Please note that clothing items must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original price tags). Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or credited and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
We offer exchange only on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty, or was part of a store-wide percentage off promotion and no other discount had been applied. So, for example if the item was full price and you applied a promotion code to receive 10% off, this is eligible for a return. But if the price had already been reduced prior to applying a promotion code we offer exchange only.
Store credits are issued in the form of online gift certificates that can be used toward future purchases.
LISA CARNEY DESIGN is unable to guarantee availability of products as our stock is seasonal and therefore quite limited. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us immediately to ensure we have your alternative size available.
Outward shipping will not be charged on your first size exchange (the delivery fee will be charged if a second size exchange is required), but you are responsible for returning the goods to us. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to us.
